CONTACT

Bug, feature request, or just want to say hi?

PokeDen is a one-person project, and the contact email below actually goes to a human (not a support queue, not a chatbot). I'll do my best to reply within a few business days.

EMAIL

hello@pokeden.io

For everything: support, feature requests, billing questions, press, partnership inquiries.

What to include in a bug report

The more detail you can share, the faster I can fix it. Helpful things to include:

  • What you were doing when it happened (e.g. “opening a 10x Hidden Fates bulk pack”).
  • The page URL.
  • What browser and device you're on (e.g. iPhone Safari, desktop Chrome).
  • Any error message you saw, even if it looks cryptic.
  • A screenshot if the issue is visual — you can paste images directly into Gmail or Outlook.

Card price seems off?

Card prices come from PokemonPriceTracker, which aggregates TCGPlayer market values and recent eBay sold listings. Prices for newly released sets typically populate 1–2 weeks after launch. If a card's price looks clearly wrong (off by an order of magnitude, missing entirely, etc.), email the address above with the card name + set and I'll dig in.

Intellectual property notices / takedowns

PokeDen is a fan project. We do our best to honor the IP rights of Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures Inc., and The Pokémon Company. If you represent an IP holder and have a takedown request or other IP concern, please email hello@pokeden.io with subject line “IP Notice” and we'll respond promptly.

Privacy / data deletion requests

Want a copy of, or want us to delete, the data we have about you? Email the address above with your account email. We'll process the request within 30 days. See the privacy policy for what data is held and your rights in detail.

Other ways to follow along

For everyday updates, the homepage and the pack simulator changelog are the most current.
