The rules for using PokeDen.

By creating an account, opening a virtual pack, or using any tool on this site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you're using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

PokeDen provides free Pokémon Trading Card Game tools — including a pack simulator, expected-value calculator, daily Cardle puzzle, a Pokédex with card listings, and a portfolio tracker that lets you log cards you own and follow their estimated market value over time. Some cosmetic features are part of an optional Pro tier available for purchase.

The Service is provided as-is. We may add features, change features, or remove features at any time. We'll do our best to give notice of material changes that affect existing users.

PokeDen is an independent fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or specifically approved by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Creatures Inc., Game Freak, or any other official entity in the Pokémon franchise.

All Pokémon names, character designs, card artwork, logos, trademarks, and game mechanics are the property of their respective owners. PokeDen displays card images and metadata obtained from public APIs (pokemontcg.io and PokéAPI) under each API's applicable terms of use. PokeDen does not claim ownership of any Pokémon-related intellectual property.

Card price estimates shown on the Service are aggregated from third-party data providers and are estimates only. Prices are not appraisals, are not investment advice, and may differ significantly from any individual sale price. Do not rely on them for buying, selling, insurance, tax, or other financial decisions without independent verification.

You may use most of PokeDen without an account. Some features — collection tracking, watchlists, public portfolios, leaderboard submissions — require you to register. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current information.
• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Be at least 13 years old (see our Privacy Policy for details).

You're responsible for everything that happens under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything illegal.
• Scrape, mirror, or republish substantial portions of the Service without permission.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication, or any other technical protections.
• Submit content (display names, public-portfolio bios, custom section titles, etc.) that is obscene, defamatory, infringing, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts.
• Use automation to inflate the public pack-sim leaderboard or other public stats.
• Interfere with the operation of the Service for other users.

We may remove content, suspend accounts, or take other actions in response to violations.

When you create a public portfolio, set a display name, write a bio, or otherwise post content visible to other users, you grant PokeDen a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and serve that content as part of operating the Service. You retain ownership of your content. We will not use your content for any purpose outside of running the Service.

You are responsible for the content you post. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share.

Optional Pro subscriptions, where offered, will be billed through a third-party payment processor at the price shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are issued at our discretion on a case-by-case basis. Reach out via the contact page if you have a billing issue.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY OF DATA. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR DATA (INCLUDING CARD PRICES) WILL BE ACCURATE OR CURRENT.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POKEDEN AND ITS OPERATOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE — EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS ($50) OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, dispute resolution) will continue to apply after termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the “Last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be announced on the homepage. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
